Vision
A charity campaign is going to be held on the 9th of June 13, 2013 to set the environmental solutions for the issue of global warming. The idea of saving the globe from dying is going to be spread at that day by motivating people toward the right solutions. The major goal of this campaign is to help slow global warming as it occurs in order to guarantee a safe and a healthy life for the future generations.
Mission Statement
Several ways are going to be used to help solve this issue as global warming affects the environment and threatens our lives. The initial plans include badges for free, selling other items such as T-shirts, and hats to spread the awareness all over the areas as well as to increase the budget for fundraising.
These are some samples for the badges that will help raise global warming awareness

History
In the late 1980’s, finally, the global annual mean temperature curve started to rise. Later on, it was acknowledged that climate was warmer than any period since 1880. If greenhouses gases would not exist, earthly temperature now would be below 18 degree. In fact, ice caps would not even be affected and melted due to global warming. Not only the surrounding nature, but even animals like polar bears could die because of their ruined environment where they cannot survive without ice. Melting ice caps and increase of the temperatures are some major causes of global warming which affect negatively on sea level countries like Netherlands.
WHAT YOU REALLY NEED TO SEE ABOUT GLOBAL WARMING
Current Solution(s) to invest in
Because global warming is a serious issue that is dramatically urgent to look after, we don’t need to wait for the governments or international associations to find a solution for this problem. Instead, each individual can lead a hand and adopt a more responsible lifestyle by starting from the tiny, everyday subjects. It is the fastest and the only reasonable way to save our planet before it gets too late. The various, simple solutions that can help solve global warming are at NO cost, yet, some others may require a little effort or investment but can help us save a lot of money, in the middle-long term and guarantee a safe world.
Ideas for Fundraising
Solution No. 1
Buy fresh foods instead of frozen. Frozen food uses 10 times more energy to produce.
Solution No. 2
Use less hot water. Hot water takes a lot of energy to heat water. You can use less hot water by installing a low flow shower head where 350 pounds or carbon dioxide will be saved per year. Also, washing your clothes in cold or warm water rather than hot water can save 500 pounds per year.
Solution No. 3
Cover your pots while cooking. Doing so can save a lot of energy needed for preparing the dish. If pressure cookers or steamers are available at home, they would be even better to use because they can save around 70%!
Solution No. 4
Reduce the daily usage of transportation. Try having a ride with a group rather than driving alone while you and your friends or family are heading to the same location in order to prevent pollution in air.
Pollution can increase the global warming, cause diseases, etc. Therefore, try to provide care to your society and your environment.
